Credit Card Charges/Credits
Your credit card/debit card is charged at the time of shipment.
Credit will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return; however, your credit card company determines when the issued credit will be reflected in your statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles.
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days.
We ship internationally via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail.
We cannot be responsible for packages once the tracking shows they left the USA. However, we will assist in any way possible if needed. Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to duties or customs charges. Customer is responsible for any duties or customs charges imposed.
Sales tax is charged on instate orders if required by law.
Returns and Exchanges
Rugged Rider offers a money-back guarantee if returned within thirty days of the date of purchase, provided the product is in unused condition with the original invoice. Rugged Rider will not be held liable for customer negligence due to usage beyond product capability as stated in description.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Include a copy of your packing list with a brief note stating the reason for the return.
Please package your return carefully to prevent damage during shipping. We will not be responsible for returns arriving damaged.
